Preconception exam?

Has anyone had this exam before TTC? Was it helpful? Do you guys recommend?

Had ours yesterday. Helpful to go over all your medical history and family history and pinpoint anything that may be an issue. Also great to just have all your questions answered! A lot of stress relived when she said go ahead and start!

I did, haven't had any luck yet but it did take away some of my anxiety. I had a LEEP procedure just before my hubby and I got married to remove a cancerous spot on my cervix.

I did, after finding out I have hypothyroidism and found out I also have PCOS. It's a good thing to do but you might not like the results you get...

I did, I feel that it relieves a lot of stress so you aren't worrying every month if something is wrong :) i recommend it personally.
