Gift ideas for MFM?

I have been seeing my MFM twice weekly since 10 weeks. I am being induced on Easter and he is coming in when he is not on call to deliver my baby. I am planning to write him a note but would also like to get him a small gift. He avoids treats and most fruits so I am having a hard time thinking of a little gift idea.... any ideas??
