Castor oil for thicker and longer hair, does it work?

I’m using the Shea moisture 100% Jamaican black castor oil. Right now I’m just taking a bunch of pumps and putting it right into my scalp by massaging it in. I want my hair to grow healthier and thicker and my friend recommended castor oil. My scalp is pretty dry and my hair has been falling easily lately and it might be due to stress. Can anyone tell me their experiences with castor oil or more specially Jamaican black castor oil and any tips on how to use it ?

I use this and it works well but be careful not to use too much and only really on your scalp it can be hard to wash out and can make hair oily and heavy. I also massage it onto my scalp with my head upside down for 5 minutes the increased blood flow helps stimulate your hair.

Try Tropical Isle Living black castor oil. It does wonders!! I have dry, thick, curly hair, and black castor oil has helped so much! I normally apply it straight to the scalp, but you should check out the YouTuber Ayesha Malik for more details.

I’ve been using the exact same shampoo and conditioner for a month now and have noticed a HUGE difference in my hair!!
It’s actually made my hair grow so fast and look so much healthier!
