Pregnancy and bleeding??

I got a positive pregnancy test three days ago and I started bleeding today as if I was having my period what could this mean any suggestions I don't have any cramps or anything like that I'm just so confused I made an appointment but can't see the doctor till Friday I will be dying until then

Go to the er or urgent care I bled for 3 weeks with my daughter and had a clot the size of my hand and they were pretty sure it was supposed to be twins bc my levels dropped but not all the way and I had complications my hole pregnancy

When I was pregnant with my first I litterly sat on toilet and bleed alot, the doc told me it was placenta previa or something like that I got put on bed rest but now he is a healthy 5yr old I also bleed 4 months prior to that scary incident like I was heaving light period every month its always scary but u should still go to er, but deff have bed rest that sounds relaxing but it starts to suck that was my first 5 months
