Non-Clit orgasm?

I seem to only be able to orgasm when there is some clit stimulation. I have felt like I could orgasm a couple times without clit, but I just get stuck at a plateau and can't actually get there. Anyone else have this problem or have tips on orgasming by just vaginal sex?
