Hey ladies, I was hoping you could comment what week you were when you went to your first prenatal appointment.

In Nov. 2018, I was told by the obgyn that I wanted that I needed to be referred so I ended up getting an appointment to get a referral at 9 weeks. When I told him that I was there to get referred, he didn't do an ultrasound like he planned and said I didn't need to be referred. So I made an appointment with a different doctor and they made my appointment for 12w. I went to the ER at 10w6d and found out that baby didn't have a heartbeat. It was then confirmed by the obgyn I made an appointment with but she sent me to planned parenthood since she didn't prescribe the pills. When I went to planned parenthood the obgyn there said she technically couldn't confirm it since my baby measured 6w3d and the confirmation for a mmc is 7 weeks. She wanted me to wait a week to see if the baby would grow and if my dates were wrong. I went back a week later and it was confirmed. So, I'm curious when you guys had an appointment because it seemed slightly dragged out. Thank you for reading, by the way!
