Shaking after delivery??

Hey ladies! I've heard many moms say that your body goes into shock after having the baby and their bodies start shaking and they can't stop. Does this only happen if you have a natural birth or does it also happen with an epidural??

I started shaking at transition, the nurses said it's pretty common.

I had an epidural and shock during labor. Once I delivered, the shaking his stopped. Doctor said that's a normal side affect of the medication

It can happen naturally, it's hormones. I had the shakes all throughout my labor before the epidural. I actually didn't shake again until after the epidural and baby were out. Also I vomited a few times, which I did not expect, again it's the hormones

I shook during delivery with my epidural and during the first night after delivery. This is my third delivery where it has happened. It's uncontrollable but goes away.

I was shakey during it all and about a day afterward. I had the epidural. I just felt cold te whole time even though my hospital room was 85 degrees I was killing my visitors lol. I ran a temp of 100.4 when I delivered . I felt so cold but I wasn't allowed to have blankets on for awhile.

I got an epidural at 4CM and shook during labor but not afterwards. I did, however, have a numb foot for 2 days. Thankfully I got feeling back before they discharged me.

I had an epidural and experienced shaking. It came and went for about 12 hours. It would go away and then come back when I got up to use the restroom or if I was moving around a lot.
