You’ll need to go to the drs, the only way to officially cure a uti is with antibiotics. 
What can temporarily help is upping your water intake, drinking 100% cranberry juice, and they also have a medicine made by the brand AZO that can temporarily subside the pain/uncomfortable feeling of the uti. You can find this at Walmart/target/Walgreens/CVS basically anywhere (:
