Hey guys! I have a HORRIBLE cold, and I’m about 6 weeks. What can I take?! It’s all sinuses, no cough.

This happened to me too. Tylenol sinus was in my list of safe medicines, but the pharmacist said she didnt recommend taking any kind of decongestant. I started putting cayenne pepper and ground jalapeno in my soups (enough so I could taste it/it made my nose run), and I used a Netty pot every morning to flush out my sinuses. It took a few days to clear up, but it definitely worked for me!
