Gestational high blood pressure.. not preeclampsia

Hey there! Anyone have high blood pressure but no other signs/symptoms of preeclampsia? All my bloodwork came back fine but they have me do a 24 hour urine collection just to make sure. I get those results tomorrow.

I also have gestational diabetes that’s being managed with diet so no insulin or meds.. I’m starting to feel like my body is failing me and can’t handle being pregnant anymore 😔
