Why won't this period end 😭

I'm on day 19 of a period. I'm dying. I swear. I go Tuesday to get my BC removed so we can start TTC our 3rd baby. I'm praying that this isnt going to screw up my cycle. Has anyone had a good experience of getting pregnant quickly after the nexplanon was removed?

This is the first time we will actually be TTC so I got ovulation test so that way I can see when I'll be fertile again.

Any advice?
