Trigger/ultrasound

Hi friends. This is my first post. I'm exactly 8 weeks today and they saw baby (I'm retroflexed-uterus) and said it looked more like a 6 week and no heartbeat. I have a transvaginal later today for better view. I'm worried and already preparing for worst. I had an MC before this so maybe my cycle was off. But I got my BFP aug 16th so I'm sure my dates were correct. Any thoughts would be much appreciated;) Best of luck to all of you;)
