Colostrum leak?

Hey ladies! I am 19 weeks today and starting a few days ago, I noticed a random wet spot on my shirt, I didn't think anything of it but it happened again last night- how many of you have experienced this and should I consult my doctor? Thank you guys!

I'm 21 weeks 6 days and this morning same thing happened to me. My shirt had a small wet spot right where my right nipple is but when I examined myself in the bathroom I didn't see any sign of leakage! So not 100% sure!

I'm 24 weeks and that happened to me a few weeks ago, while in a restaurant! How embarrassing! I wasn't sure what was happening cuz it was oily, but I later found out it was colostrum. It hasn't happened since, but if it keeps happening for u, you should invest in some nursing pads. No need to talk to your doc, totally normal! But feel free to do whatever makes u comfortable.

My midwife said it's perfectly normal. Some people do some don't. I'm 24w3d and a few days ago I noticed some crustys on both nipples. Haven't had anything major though.

I started at 14 weeks, and I'm still going really strong at 21 weeks. Sometimes it's a ton, sometimes just a little.

My doctor told me that it's completely normal and healthy to leak as early as 16 weeks. I wouldn't worry.
