I am 6 weeks today, and I had very light pink spotting this morning, which has now turned brown. Accompanied by dull cramps, nausea and fatigue.

Everything I’m reading is telling me it’s usually normal and to just keep an eye on it, I’m looking to find out if other mamas are experiencing this and how it ended up for them.

We have a healthlink service in Canada where you can speak to a registered nurse 24/7, and she told me to take it easy today and to go see the doctor if the bleeding increases, or the cramping doesn’t go away.

Just anxious at this point, this is my very first pregnancy.
