I wiped and there was brownish blood I'm 10 dpo. Could it be implantation??

It could be. Or not. It's in the right time frame but it's also a normal time frame for spotting before your period. Or a million other reasons to spot

I had spotting at 12 dpo after getting a positive - doctor said it was probably implantation but I was afraid to hope because I also spotted before each period normally
