Let’s Easter Egg Hunt & Then Have a Baby...Updated w/ more pics

So now it’s my turn to share my early birth story...

... Yesterday my kids were invited to an Easter Egg Hunt from 11am-1pm.... we went to the hunt and about mid-way through

I started feeling contractions... they were not consistent and they were not very painful. However I started to jot down the time in my Phones memo pad, so nevertheless I go on about my day, watch a couple of movies with my kids, all the while tracking these contractions. ... then they started getting closer and closer. So I try not to panic and freak the kids out, but I tell them to grab their tablets and let’s go....

So we make it to the hospital they check me in, and it just so happens that my doctor is already here and on call this night.... he comes in and tells me that I’m already dilated to 5 and asked if we’re still good to go for C-Section or do I want to try and push???? All of this was happening so fast, So I couldn’t totally wrap my head around it. AND I was unaware that preeclampsia was coming on and my blood pressure was like 180/150.... This came as a shock because my blood pressure is normally ALWAYS super low....

Anywho, to make a longer story short, I consented to the C-Section (which was my original plan) and within one hour of arriving at the hospital, I was being prepped for my cesarean.... My and my kids held hands and prayed together...my mom left work early, raced over to the hospital, my stepdad came to pick up the kids, one of my girlfriends drove over a hour to come be by my side.... and here we are, 5 weeks early and perfectly healthy I introduce;
