I have never had an orgasm with penetration. Only clitoral stimulation. So can you actually desensitize yourself? I have to use vibration on the clit that's the only way I can orgasm.

I was married before i could have an orgasm vaginally.  Before then i was the same as you.  I think it’s was a mental block for me.  Once i became really comfortable and relaxed it happened...only took 33 years :)

Most commonly women desensitize their clits by using toys. I’ve never hear of desensitizing your G spot. Maybe you need to relax more or experiment with dildos that way you’ll know what you like.
