RRL tea isn’t supposed to start labor! It’s beneficial for your labor because it helps strengthen your uterus and tone it so that when you do go into labor, your contractions are better!

My obgyn told me that it STARTS labor but, from what I’ve been reading, it just helps to promote good contractions during labor. Regardless, it hasn’t done anything for me...I ran out and bought it at the suggestion of my obgyn and, despite drinking 3 cups a day, I’m still pregnant with zero signs of going into labor.

Idk but I'm 38 weeks almost and started eating a whole damn pinapple to get him out. So if it works lmk.

Been drinking a cup a day since 32 weeks, upped it to two cups a day at 34 weeks, now at three cups per day at 37+4. It just helps strengthen your uterus to help you labor more efficiently. Doesn’t hurt to try!
