Teething 3 month old?

Not sure what baby teeth look like when they come in, but I noticed the bottom front of my baby’s gums to be more white and he’s been drooling extra as well as always “eating” his hands and fists. He’s been a little warm to the touch the last few days with his temp going as high as 99.3. Are these signs of teething?

It's very possible, my son started teething at 3 months too. And all the teeth after that came in early as well

It does look like teeth to me! Super early! A friend of mine has 3 kids and they all teethed super early. Good luck!

Actually infants can start showing symptoms of teething 4-6weeks before their teeth actually arrive! Its very common
