i just used high waisted compression leggings. i loved them!

Personally I love using girdle💯 waist band is good too I use  it too but not right away only after 6 months PP
That’s 2 weeks Pp (you can tell my daughter is SO little lil🐣)203 lbs

That’s 6 months Pp

That’s yesterday 7 1/2 months PP 183 lbs.
