WEIGHT LOSS HELP ππππππ₯¨
Okay, Iβve mad 1/2 posts already about how I want to lose weight & what I should do, Tips, diets, etc, and mostly everyone said for me to change my diet and basically cut out fast food, my boyfriend agrees that we should. However, when weβre out and about, and we donβt live together yet, what should we get to eat besides fast food & places that serve plates of Chinese food, etc ? I canβt think of anywhere we would eat if I were to actually cut out fast food? Thatβs whatβs βstoppingβ my weight loss I guess but whenever I try to do any workouts such as sit ups, I get dizzy & lightheaded and give up, so a diet seems a bit more simple, for now at least.
Soo, what do you guys think? What should I do?
I feel like I keep complaining to him how my tummy is getting fat & im annoying him with it bc I havenβt done anything to change it.. :/ itβs frustrating me & making me insecure & self conscience. Pls help /:
