I am 30 weeks 6 days (May as well say 31 weeks) pregnant with twins, my rainbow babies, and I am struggling to decide on if I want to attempt to have them vaginally or if I want to have a C-section. I know vaginal delivery is less traumatic but...with the autoimmune disease I have i lost a lot of muscle in the years before I went into remission I fear I won’t be strong enough physically (emotionally I know I can deliver them). What are some pros and cons of both? Estimated heal time of a c-section? I am completely excited to be able to hold my babies regardless of how they come into this world. Thank you in advance
