When am I supposed to eat pineapple?

I heard a lot of you mention eating pineapple to help conception. When am I supposed to start eating it in order for it to help?

Pineapple (and especially the core) has an enzyme called Bromelain which breaks down proteins and helps aid in implantation. However, eating pineapple core prior to ovulation can actually make CM more acidic and a less hospitable environment for sperm, so you want to be sure to implement this only AFTER you've confirmed ovulation. The best way to do this is to take a whole pineapple (core especially included), cut it into 5 equal parts and eat one piece a day on the corresponding days. OR you can take 500mg Bromelain tablets and take 1 tablet a day for 5 days. You'll want to start this on either 1-5dpo, 2-6dpo, or 3-7dpo. Only take the tablets or eat the pineapple for those 5 days tho, and make sure to not do this after 7dpo, as Bromelain can also cause uterine contractions which can possibly be counterproductive to conception. I've heard a lot of success stories about pineapple core/Bromelain when taken correctly, and I'm currently taking it myself this cycle. I'm taking the 500mg Bromelain tablets, and am taking one per day on days 2-6dpo. I'm currently 4dpo, so only 2 more tablets left to take this cycle and hoping it works!! GL & hope this helps!
