So I went to my drs and she said my blood for my liver said I have a fatty liver and it got worse from last and was told to go on a diet to see and hope that my poor diet is what's causing my liver to be fatty since I dont drink or smoke,,

The problem is that I'm a REALLY picky eater and I just feel depressed to even workout or anything,, I have pcos which makes it also hard to lose weight,, I plan on starting the gym again Tomorrow but have no idea on how to use the equipment or eat healthy,

Please help me 😔
