So I REALLY need medical insurance but basically it is impossible without a life changing event. Well, I recently (within the last month) found out I have scoliosis and was wondering if that is considered "life changing"? My vertebrae between my shoulder blades is the only part that is crooked but also the bones in my neck are reversed so I'm working to get them fixed. Could I qualify for insurance right now?

EDIT:You have to qualify for it in my state (Alabama), unless it is during open enrollment which is only in the month of November.
