What tea is good for ttc?

So I started drinking raspberry green tea is that good for trying  to conceive but I been getting it from a boba place is that still good to drink or should I get it and make it my self ?

Raspberry leaf tea is not the same thing as raspberry flavored green tea. What you are drinking is just green tea which sounds tasty but I don’t think it’s for ttc.

I’ve read that is good for softening the cervix, but I’m not one to believe it’ll help with fertility at all. But if it does, I doubt the place you get it at will alter it at all, and the boba wouldn’t skew it if it’s still raspberry tea. Best of luck to you and prayers to conceive soon💕

Raspberry leaf tea is not sweet, red, or flavored like the berry. You are definitely not drinking the right tea if you want raspberry leaf. I buy mine in the section of the grocery store that sells the gluten free and special diet foods. Green tea also has caffeine so if you’re trying to limit your caffeine, be careful (not that there’s a ton but if you’re also drinking coffee, soda, etc).
