Ya'll, I'm 28 weeks now. I'm not very big and I'm still VERY active.

But holy hell my back hurts so much I can barely breathe!!!

I have a pregnancy pillow, a mattress topper, I haven't done anything stupid, yet the pain is so intense 😭😭

My doctor prescribed me 800mgs of ibuprofen, I typically take one at night so I can sleep, but I don't want to take more than that. I am alone because my hubs is away for a while so no massages. I'm too tall for the tub so a relaxing bath is out.

I'm just so miserable and I'm legit crying as I type this!!

Has anyone else been through this? What helped you?
