Pregnancy and antidepressants

Hello, I wanted to find out if anyone has had a baby while on antidepressants specifically Fluoxetine. I’ve had different advice. My GP said that there isn’t much research on the impact on the medication, however my acupuncturist said there is some link between them and breathing problems and iodine depletion.
