Trigger - Possible Miscarriage

Hello, I have had two previous miscarriages. I'm 27 and a mommy to one healthy beautiful almost 5 year old little girl. I found out around my birthday in March that I was pregnant again. We are all excited to have another baby and my daughter has been asking for a sibling. I am terrified I might be losing the baby again. I have been spotting and lightly bleeding on and off during the weekend and praying it would stop and that I could make it to Monday to talk to my OB. Last night the bleeding went completely away but this morning when I woke up to pee like I always do in the early morning hours there was a big clot about the size of a grape and some more blood when I wiped. Anyone out there experience this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy? I'm not emotionally/mentally able to handle this happening again for a 3rd time and pray that there is some kind of other explanation or sliver of hope for me left. 😥😭🙏🤞🌈♥️
