6 month sleeping/feeding schedule

Hey mamas, my twins were sleeping through the night but probably the last month they’ve been waking up and literally will NOT go back to sleep without a bottle. I try so hard to try and rock them but they’re wide awake so I always give in and give a bottle and they’re instantly back asleep. We started solids at 4 months so I feel like they shouldn’t be hungry but they seem to be 🤔. What does your sleeping/feeding schedule look like for your twins? Ours is below

Wake up between 6-7a

Food 9a

Cat nap 9a-9:30/10a

Play time 10-11

Bottle (6oz sometimes they dont take it all)

Nap 12-1:30/2p

Bottle (6oz) 2p

Play time 2-3:30p

Cat nap 3:30-4:30p

Play time 4:30p-5:30p

Food 5:30p

Bath 6:30p

Bottle (8oz) and bed by 7p

Then they normally wake up anywhere between 1-3a for a bottle (6oz)
