Am I in the wrong for sueing my hospital?

Hell no! They botched your surgery, the only way for it to look “normal” again is for a reconstructive surgery “tummy tuck”. Which some insurance won’t cover since it could be labeled as a cosmetic surgery. I’d be suing the hell out of them 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a serious case of medical negligence.

I had a emergency c-section and got left with an awful infection after wards, over the course of 1 month I went to the hospital 4 times and they kept sending me home saying I was fine in despite of the way my stomach looked. Am I in the wrong for sueing?
