Would you take your dad to an ultrasound?

I go to a lot of ultrasounds since I’m high risk and my dad and I are pretty close.  He wants to take me to an appt and I’m just nervous about them pulling my pants down too much.  What would you do?

he's literally wiped ur butt and changed ur diapers 
i don't think he's going to care if they pull ur shorts down "a little too far"

I brought my dad with me for the US where we found out the gender. It’s not weird. If he wants to go take him. He won’t be around forever and it will be a memory you’ll be thankful you have.

My dad was there when I first found out I was pregnant with twins and that was a transvaginal ultrasound. He just turned his back and then turned back around when it was ready to go. He’s my main support and friend besides my husband. He was also there after I gave birth and saw me breastfeeding and has helped me get in and out of the shower after my c section. I don’t find it weird at all. Lots of people let their mothers do it so why not fathers?

They can Cover your vagina , plus if you and your dad are close I don’t think it matters he probably wouldn’t be looking at your leg/belly anyway , just the ultrasound

My dad went wedding dress shopping with me. If he wanted to come to an ultrasound I would have no problem with it. He could just close his eyes until you get situated and make sure nothing embarrassing is poking out! 😊

My husband had to work when I needed to go for a second anatomy scan so both my parents came. My dad was so amazed by the ultrasounds cuz when my mom was pregnant with us, the ultrasounds werent as good as they are now. He loved it!

I would for sure. Perhaps pull your own pants down at the appointment if you’re worried. But it’s not like he’ll be watching when they pull your pants down - he’s there to watch the screen. Alternatively have them set you up then open the door for him.
