bad acne around my lips😷

i always get spots around my lips and i’ve had this for a while now and it keeps coming and going and at first i thought they were cold sores before they turn into pimples, any advice on how to get rid of them or prevent them or why they could be here?? i do have acne on my forehead but not as bad as my lips and chin x
