Red Flag??

Before sex he would ALWAYS run upstairs and clean his penis off with a wet soapy wash cloth, That was when sex was 1-2 times a month for many, many years

NOW? Sex suddenly is 3 times a week, A BIG change from 1-2 times a month.

Before he was saying he can't get it up

Now it seems he can a lot more

I asked why don't you clean off anymore

He said I showered...

Ya before you'd shower as well but still clean off before we had sex

He said now he uses a dry towel and rubs him self off down there

We always use condoms too....

I don't see how this is alarming or what it could possibly be a red flag for? I'm really confused, lol. If you think your man is up to something, ask him about it.

I think it’s weird. But there could be other explanations? Maybe he knows he has a low libido and is taking something or maybe he’s started working out 🤷🏻‍♀️ usually a good blood flow through the veins will get them there

I don't see any red flags. He had a change in sex drive which is something that happens to almost everyone. And he doesn't see the need to clean himself when he just showered, which is understandable. Has he given you a reason before not to trust him?

Maybe when hed run ip stairs and clean himself down there he jsut ahdnt showered in a bit nd since you guys do it like 3 times a week hes probably more hygienic. 
My fiance or I if its been like 2 days since we had a shower and we get into the mood or whatever we'll clean ourselves down there before hand as to not be gross and make sure we are clean.
If he doesn't smell clena or doesnt look clena and you're concerned about it politely bring it up that you don't wanna risk causing an infection for yourself from you or himnot being clean enough down there.
If you don't know how to then suggest you guys take a shwoer together and then do the deed there or after.
If its been more than a few days for ym fiance and i sicne we've been abel to showerand we start something or before hand ill tell him we both need to shower that way we arent risking anything.
He's understanding about it.
I don't know hwo your SO will react so youcan decide what you wanna do. But i dont see any red flags
