Does anyone know what this might be. Acid reflux?? She is 6 days old.

Babies do some strange things sometimes. It's normal. 
I like to think that babies are just learning that they can do things and they're playing the best they can.

My son does this, and he was diagnosed with reflux. Does she gulp real big sometimes? Does she spit up? He gulps when not eating, and sometimes gasps for air because of it. He can’t be on his back for anything but diaper changes, he had to sit up as much as we can.

My daughter is 7 weeks and she developed acid reflux around week 4-5 she’d arch her back, make sour faces and eventually it would not let her sleep. Talk to your pedi about symptoms you may be noticing. We now have our girl on acid reflux meds and will grow out of it sometime hopefully soon

I breastfed and my baby had silent reflux (which means there was no spitting up), he would grunt in his sleep and didn’t like to lie flat. How is Bub after a feeling, and when you lie down to change nappy? Happy or grizzly?
