Is this IUGR or any other problems? Short Femur

Question

So everything else is measuring a week ahead. Belly is measuring two weeks ahead but his femur seemed to be measuring a week and a few days behind. The ultrasound tech didn’t say anything but this wasn’t my obgyn ultrasound tech so I don’t know if they can say anything about it to me. Here is a photo of my measurements. What do you all think? Should I be worried?

My little ones femur always measured small and I freaked out about it but when he was born he was perfect but he was only 17.5 inches long so he was just short all around that’s why his femur measured short I had a small baby ultrasounds are hard to get accurate measurements I also had gestational hypertension which causes smaller babies
