Diva cups???

How in the world do u get the fluid to stay in the cup anyways?? If I lay down wouldn't it spill out everywhere?

I've used mine for 5 months now and I love it!! When my period starts I tend to empty it every 2-3 hours and after day two I empty it every 4-6 hours. At home I just wash it in the sink and in public I carry a peri bottle with water so I can rinse it on the toilet. They last for years, so more spending money! I go to work out with it in and go to yoga without feeling it. When I go to bed, I don't have leaking either. So much healthier for your body and saves you money!

I use.mine for my periods.. Its actually really a life and budget saver.. I would wear a pad or liner just incase it leaks... It really is more sanitary then a tampon.. Its a sillicone cup that you bend and put in the vagina then it sits there like a tampon,.. After a cycle just wash it with soap and hot water and put it away.. Its not any more "gross" than changing a tampon.. I find it way more comfortable than tampons..
