Time off from the gym— 1st trimester


I haven’t been to the gym in 3 weeks. I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant and I just have zero energy.

I’ve always worked out at least 4 times a week before getting pregnant but now I just have no energy to get there and just after working all day, I feel like drained. I also never workout without preworkout so the lack of caffeine has been an adjustment.

Anyone feel/ felt like this? I keep telling myself I’ll get back in more once I’m in my second trimester.
