So I’m irregular with pcos but I NEVER spot between cycles. They range from 27-72 days and I usually ovulate on my own, just irregularly. Last cycle I got positive opk and temp on cd 48. This cycle my temps have been all over but still low and I’ve had no positive opk’s. I’m on cd 45 with no ovulation BUT I spotted heavily yesterday and today with bright red blood. No cramps. No symptoms of af at all. Just bleeding. I DID spot two weeks-ish ago but very light pink cm for 3 days. This is all new to me and idk whether I count yesterday as cd1 and start clomid in 3 days. I’ve called the doctor but she’s not in today. I’m bleeding enough that I get red blood on toilet paper when I wipe but nothing is staining my pad really. Maybe a dot or two.
