Update: went to the doctor and they got out the ultrasound and showed me babys heart was still beating. Then told me to go home and relax the rest of the night. They told me im probably very dehydrated even though i drank water all day at work. Shes moved a little bit since then, but still not her usual amount.

I have no pain but ive started spotting a little bit while im at work. Ive miscarried twice before so im worried naturally. Also, almost 26 weeks and have felt no movement today and hardly any yesterday. Dont want to freak out and go to the E.R., but i cant help being scared.

Im a waitress so ive been lifting heavy trays and carrying them around all day. I have no idea how long ive been spotting either.
