Love to dream swaddle up

Does anyone have a love to dream swaddle up? I got one for my LO to help with transitioning to a sleep sack (his startle reflex is still quite strong)

It seeps tight in the arms...like his arms are up but tightish to his shoulders. Is it supposed to be like that? Is it ok for him to sleep 10+ hours with his arms like that?
