HELPPPP YA GIRL OUT PLEASE!!!
I was suppose to start my period 5 days ago and all I've had is a little bit of spotting but no intense cramps or anything. My period is very regular and SUPER heavy and I usually always have very intense cramps that'll keep me in bed for days.
