Advice?

I have been getting what I think are painful Braxton Hicks. I timed them tonight and so far this is what I have. I’m currently 28 weeks. Any advice? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow so I don’t know if I should just wait it out.

I went to l&d for a massive headache and was having consistent contractions but the nurse said they need to last more than 45 seconds.

Unless they start to last longer and get more consistent I’d just wait until your appointment tomorrow. A 3 second contraction might not even show up on a monitor if you had a NST done. 
Drink water and relax, maybe take a bath. Try not to stress about it.

If you don’t like water you can try Gatorade. My dr recommended it because it helps with cramps and stuff
