Early pregnancy symptoms?

I had sex the 29th of March and my period is 9 days late. What were you ladies' first early pregnancy symptoms? My test comes up negative but I'm afraid I don't have enough hcg yet 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolute exhaustion. Followed by headaches and general period like symptoms

Horrendously sore boobs was my biggest indicator because that’s not normal pms symptoms for me but it has happened. I was also really crampy and I was convinced I was getting my period. The cramps lasted for weeks after I got my positive and the doctor said it’s totally normal. Pms symptoms can mimic early pregnancy symptoms, sometimes.

I'm pregnant now, and believe I conceived March 27th
I was only 6 days late on my period and this strong ass line shows up! (On Tuesday)
