Clomid / IUI round

I’ve had 2 MC’s, one prior to my precious baby boy (my 1st 🌈 baby) and one in early Jan. Finally restarted my cycle so we could start a round of clomid followed by

. Tested posiitive for NK cells so I needed an IV lipid last Sat to start the cycle. I’m so nervous- does anyone else have success with this?! I’m really hoping and praying for my 2nd 🌈 baby!!
