Anyone using essential oils for migraines?

How do you use it? Diffuser or cotton balls? I bought two and don't know what to do and how long I should use it for. Any tips appreciated!

My nurse midwife said doTERRA lavender, ginger and peppermint oil diluted was safe after the first trimester. Maybe try applying the peppermint to your temples and back of you neck. I would suggest only 1-2 drops. If you don't use doTERRA make sure you have high quality oils!! By law companies can use 1% real essential oil and have the rest be chemicals and call it natural.
