Scheduled C section... 😯😬

Today I found out I was getting a C section April 25th due to the babies weight. I have had 2 vaginal deliveries so this will be my first C section. I am terrified, but turning to you ladies to get the plus side of the matter. For those who have had both, can you please tell me the difference in vaginal delivery and C section? Do you still bleed like you do vaginally? How is recovery? Anything I need to know? Thank you for your help in advance. This is something I did not want to experience....
