Is it worth bringing yoga ball to the hospital?

I love my ball at home but I feel like there are already so many things to bring to the hospital, do we really need to bring this too?

Our hospital has them in each room I think! I would check first 😊

My hospital provides them, but it was a huge pain trying to bounce and roll with monitors on. If you do t need constant monitoring, it might be worth it.

I loved using my yoga ball at home but I couldn’t at the hospital because every time I bounced it it would make baby move & the nurses couldn’t pick up baby’s heart rates & it was annoying that they had to come in the room so much

I brought mine with grand plans to bounce through the pain into active labor, but I’ll be honest, I CLUNG to that bed and did not dream of moving, so it was a waste for me
