Hot Flashes

So I’m about 4 weeks along and i sweat sooooo much at night no matter if i have a fan on. With my first pregnancy i had no symptoms, cravings or anything but this pregnancy is so different. The hot flashes are horrendous and it’s only in the middle of the night..i wake up drenched in sweat lol anybody else experience this and is there anything you did to help and how long did it last ???
