Light bleeding after faint positives??

Question

Took these tests 3 days ago. Both were very faint. So I decided to wait a little longer and test again. This morning after work (I work thirds) I had some extreme nausea spells, literally sat over the toilet half the morning. Then I started getting some pretty bad cramps. When I wome up tonight, I realized I had some light bleeding. Is this a bad sign?  (These are from a previous post of mine)

Same thing happened to me today. Got a faint line and then started bleeding not long after. I’m still experiencing nausea and other symptoms and my period wasn’t due for a week. I keep getting told it could be implantation

Some people get a bit of spotting when their period is due it’s normal
